SHIPPING

  • All items will be shipped within three business days after confirmed receipt of payment in full including any shipping or especial handling charges which may apply to your shipment.
  • We do not to ship items valued at $1000.00 or higher on a Friday, or within two days of any National Holiday unless arrangements have been made in advance between our shipping department and customer.

INSURANCE

  • We insure all shipments for the full retail value of any item shipped.

FREE SHIPPING – TERMS

  • We are proud to offer free shipping with insurance for all items weighing six ( 6 ) pounds or under within the Continental USA. This applies to multiple items grouped together as a single order. However, in some cases handling charges may apply.
  • USA shipping with insurance for all jewelry valued at $ 750.00 and over, including multiple pieces that total $ 750.00 and over will be shipped via FEDEX expedited as either overnight, two or three day shipments. These shipments will require an adult ( 18 and over ) signature upon delivery.
  • USA shipping with insurance for all clothing, accessories, or any combination of these totaling $ 750.00 and over will be shipped via FEDEX expedited as overnight, two or three day shipments. These shipments will require an adult ( 18 years and over ) signature upon delivery.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

  • All shipments valued at $ 500.00 and over will be shipped with the requirement of an adult ( 18 and over ) signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES - OVERSIZED OR OVER SIX ( 6 ) POUNDS

  • USA shipments weighing over six ( 6 ) pounds will be shipped FEDEX with insurance whenever possible. Please feel free to contact us for a quote. We provide free packing and will only add the actual cost of shipping to your transaction.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

  • Oversized items that require shipping via freight will require an actual quote based on your desired shipping address. Please contact us and provide the necessary information so that we can prepare an accurate quote. Crating costs may apply. We will advise you of this when we provide your freight quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship World Wide and in many cases our FREE SHIPPING Policy may apply. Please contact us for an actual INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTE for all shipments outside the Continental USA. We will always do our best to obtain the safest, fastest and cost effective method of shipping. The actual cost of INTERNATIONAL shipping with insurance will be added to your order.

GIFT WRAP

  • We provide complimentary Gift Wrapping for all of our items with the exception of oversized freight shipments. Please be sure to let us know if you would like your purchase gift wrapped for any special occasion!

RETURNS

  • Because our jewelry, clothing and accessories are uniquely hand crafted with rare, collectible, antique and vintage materials as one of a kind or limited edition items, we maintain a no return / all sales final policy.
  • We suggest that if you have any concerns about size, fit or details of an item you are considering, please contact us prior to making your purchase. We are very confident about the high quality of all of our merchandise and are happy to answer any questions and personally assist you with your purchasing decisions.
  • To request a unique exception to our no returns policy with regard to a specific item, please contact us { before making your purchase } via email and we will respond promptly. Any arrangements must be prearranged with us in writing, in advance.

We cannot promise an exception to our policy, however we will do our best to accommodate your special concerns or may be able to offer other possible solutions. 

REFUNDS

  • As stated above, we have an all sales final, no returns policy, which includes refunds.
  • If an exception has been determined and prearranged with us in writing, your return must be received within 7 business days from date of receipt. It will be inspected upon our receipt. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

EXCHANGES

  • As stated above in our policies, we maintain an all sales final policy, however in the even that you desire an exchange please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift Cards are available in any whole dollar increment. They are non transferable and non returnable.
