The cameo is surrounded by nineteen oval Sleeping Beauty turquoise cabochons, each meticulously hand-mounted within individual bezels to create a radiant sunburst design.

Flanking the central composition are two fan-shaped elements, each adorned with five additional individually set Sleeping Beauty turquoise cabochons, accented with hand-stamped Native American-inspired detailing, giving each half-round fan a delicate, lace-like texture.
